Great to meet you!

I believe that effective mental health care starts with trust, respect, and open communication. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns and experiences. I work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and other psychiatric conditions. Together, we'll focus on understanding your unique experiences and developing a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and evidence-based. I take time to understand the whole person—not just symptoms—so that treatment recommendations reflect your individual needs, lifestyle, and preferences. Whether medication management, supportive therapy, or a combination of approaches is appropriate, I believe clients should be active participants in their care. I strive to provide education, guidance, and ongoing support so you feel informed and empowered throughout your treatment journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to seek care. I'll ask about your current symptoms, mental health history, medical background, previous treatments, and personal goals. This initial appointment is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share any concerns you may have. By the end of our session, we'll begin identifying treatment options and creating a personalized plan that supports your mental health and overall well-being. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your care.
