Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #157101) with a Master’s in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, so I’m glad you’re here. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental to support adults with anxiety (including social anxiety, OCD, and panic), depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, burnout, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where we can understand what you’re experiencing without judgment and identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Depending on your goals, I draw from mindfulness-based, attachment-focused, cognitive-behavioral, existential/humanistic, and gestalt approaches to help you build practical coping skills while also developing deeper self-understanding. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, with an emphasis on meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve tried so far, and what you hope will be different if therapy is helpful. I’ll ask some questions to understand your history and current stressors, and we’ll start identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
