Great to meet you!
Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, grief, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs and goals. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in addiction recovery, and my own long-term recovery has given me a deep appreciation for how difficult change can be—and how possible it is. I believe lasting change happens when practical skills are combined with compassion, curiosity, and hope.
I believe therapy should respect each person's unique values, beliefs, and life experiences. If faith or spirituality is important to you and you'd like to incorporate it into treatment, I'm happy to do so. If not, our work will remain focused on your goals using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
