Our work may involve managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, or substance use; navigating relationship and identity challenges; or developing tools to support self-esteem and boundary-setting. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.
