Great to meet you!

I graduated from Eastern Washington University with my Masters of Social Work degree in 2019. Since then, I have earned my Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in the state of Washington. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), solution focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, Christian-informed, solution-focused approach to create a person-centered treatment plan to help you on your journey to rekindle your hope & process traumas and negative core beliefs that are at the core of many mental health disorders. My preferred modality is EMDR because of how effective it has been in treating trauma - Though everyone's treatment plan is different.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to have a sense of hope & accomplishment when we finish our session. There will likely be skills to practice or behaviors/triggers to track afterwards, as well
