Great to meet you!

I care about getting to know you as a person, not just a diagnosis. I bring a warm, easygoing energy to every conversation, and I'll always tell you honestly what I'm thinking. I treat anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I stay open to trying new approaches if something isn't working for you. I'm new to private practice, but I've spent real time working closely with people managing serious mental health needs, and I take that experience seriously. My goal is simple: help you feel better and feel heard.

My approach to therapy

I keep things straightforward and honest, so you always know what I'm thinking. I like understanding your full picture before jumping to a plan, and I stay open to changing course if something isn't working. You'll never feel judged with me. I treat anxiety, depression, and PTSD with warmth and trust.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's been going on, your history, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. I'll be upfront about what I think, and we'll build a plan together, one you're comfortable with. No judgment, just an honest conversation to start.
