Great to meet you!

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, and the challenges that can come with trying to carry too much for too long. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. I also find myself working frequently with men who have spent years feeling pressure to stay strong, push through, avoid asking for help, or believe they need to figure things out on their own. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, burnout, identity questions, loss, or simply feeling like something is not working anymore, therapy can provide a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that emotional well-being is influenced by many aspects of life, including physical health, relationships, career, and personal values. I believe therapy should be tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Drawing from Cognitive behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths- Based approaches, I help individuals develop healthier coping strategies, increase self-awareness, build resilience, and create lasting improvements.

What you can expect from me

Seeking support can be a difficult first step, and I strive to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where people feel heard and understood. Individuals can expect an opportunity to share their story, discuss the challenges that brought them to therapy, and identify goals that are most important to them. Together, we will create a plan tailored to your unique needs, with the goal of increasing resilience, improving overall well-being, and fostering meaningful, lasting change.
