Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christopher, a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and a background in both healthcare and military leadership. My experience includes working in high‐intensity medical environments where I supported individuals facing significant stress, trauma, and life transitions. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, trauma‐related concerns, and high levels of stress. My goal is to provide care that is empowering, holistic, and supportive, helping clients build resilience and regain a sense of balance in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, holistic, and practical. I believe effective mental health treatment starts with truly understanding each person’s experiences, goals, and strengths. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, lifestyle adjustments, and practical coping strategies. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable, respected, and actively involved in their care.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and developing a clear understanding of what you are experiencing and what you hope to improve. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, mental health history, lifestyle, and goals so we can build a comprehensive picture together. From there, we’ll discuss potential treatment options and begin creating a plan that supports your progress. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.
