Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with experience in both forensic and community settings. I’ve worked with individuals facing complex presentations, including trauma and a range of mental health challenges.

Through this work, I’ve learned that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe to be themselves, heard, and truly understood. I aim to create that kind of environment in therapy.

I combine evidence-based approaches with warmth and openness to provide support that is both effective and grounded in genuine human connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, which means we focus on what feels most important and meaningful to you. I don’t assume what you need—instead, we work together to better understand your experiences and goals.

I see my role as a guide, helping you explore patterns, gain insight, and gently move toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-focused work, and psychodynamic therapy. This allows me to tailor treatment to what works best for you rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be an intake session, meaning I'm gathering information on who you are and what has been affecting your mental health. We will also talk about expectations and develop treatment goals together. However, I do like to make sure that there is time for therapeutic work.
