Hello. Counseling can be an eye opening experience and empowering, especially when we work together to find solutions for specific issues. I work well with teens, adults, and first responders.

I prefer to use evidenced based therapies, as they have been shown to be highly effective with many issues. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. These three therapies are useful for anxiety, depression, childhood abuse, sexual assault, family violence, and other traumatic experiences.

Clients can expect to do a lot of work outside of the counseling session. Together, we will design treatment goals for the issue and seek out solutions that work. Clients will be supported throughout the process.
