Whether you’re an athlete, a professional, a partner, or someone trying to keep up with the demands of everyday life, there are times when what used to work no longer feels sustainable. I work with individuals, couples, families, and athletes who are navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional struggles, and the pressure of meeting expectations—both their own and everyone else’s. I also find myself working frequently with men who have spent years relying on discipline, performance, independence, or staying busy rather than slowing down long enough to understand what they actually need. Many of my clients are not looking for someone to simply listen—they want practical support, honest conversation, and a way to move forward that feels realistic and meaningful.
