My approach to therapy

Chris is an individual, couple, and family therapist with years of experience finding solutions for difficult problems in homes and individuals' lives. His work includes families struggling with inter-generational trauma, substance abuse, and conflict. His other specialties include mood disorders, attachment disorders, and dual diagnosis. Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness are used to provide new ways to look at problems and find solutions.

What you can expect from me

A sense of safety as you figure things out. You can let your guard down and practice being yourself, and showing up and doing your best. Although I am an expert, I am not here to dictate or judge your life. Let's take it one step at a time and practice some self-compassion in the meantime!
