Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with a deep commitment to helping people overcome life’s challenges and grow into their best selves. I specialize in working with adults, young adults, and veterans—including those currently serving, like myself in the Air Force Reserves. My experience spans college campuses, addiction recovery, and community mental health, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where your story matters and your goals guide the work we do together.

My approach to therapy

With seven years of experience, my approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I’m a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist and integrate techniques from CBT, CPT, and faith-based counseling when requested. I focus on helping clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and make confident decisions. Whether you're navigating mental health concerns, academic stress, addiction, or reentry from probation or parole, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and empower lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a deep dive into your story, goals, and challenges. I take time to understand your background so we can begin addressing the root issues—not just the symptoms. You’ll leave with practical tools, greater clarity, and a sense of direction. I emphasize growth, resilience, and self-awareness, and I’ll challenge you to commit to the process—even when it’s uncomfortable. Each session is a step toward meaningful transformation, and I’ll be right there with you as you build the confidence to thrive.
