Great to meet you!

I bring a unique blend of academic and clinical experience to my work. As a former university instructor, I developed strong skills in communication, mentorship, and structured support, helping individuals think critically, grow in confidence, and navigate complex challenges.

My clinical approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, where empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard guide every session. I believe each person has inherent strengths and the capacity for growth, and my role is to help you access and build upon those strengths in a meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

I offer a calm, steady presence, especially during moments of crisis or acute stress. Whether you are navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, or a major life transition, we will collaborate on goals that reflect your values and lived experience.

My work is collaborative and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore difficult emotions, gain insight, and develop practical tools for resilience. Therapy with me is not about fixing you, it is about partnering with you to support clarity, growth, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel genuinely heard and understood. I take time to learn about your story from your perspective, without assumptions or judgment.

My goal is for you to leave that first conversation feeling safe, respected, and hopeful, with a clearer understanding of how we can move forward together toward what matters most to you.
