I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in Mental Health, Geriatrics, Palliative Care, and other Healthcare settings. I work with Clients on a variety of challenges including Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Loss, Chronic Illness, Life Transitions, Relationships, Aging, and related issues.

I also serve as a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Work Interns in Florida, supporting new therapists in building ethical, effective, clinical practice.

My approach is collaborative, and strengths based. Using cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness techniques, I help clients shift thoughts and behaviors, improve communication, and strengthen coping strategies.
