Great to meet you!

I work with men who feel stuck—men who are juggling relationships, work, identity, and internal pressure while quietly wondering if it’s supposed to be this hard.

Many of the clients I work with struggle with ADHD, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that they’re constantly falling short despite trying their best. Others come in because their relationships feel strained—communication breaks down, conflict escalates, or they feel disconnected from their partner and from themselves. My role is to help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build practical skills that actually fit your life.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I bring a grounded, collaborative approach. Therapy with me is not about judgment or quick fixes—it’s about understanding how your mind works, learning how to regulate emotions more effectively, and developing healthier ways to communicate, set boundaries, and show up in your relationships. We’ll work on managing ADHD-related challenges like focus, emotional reactivity, and follow-through, while also addressing deeper patterns around self-worth, stress, and connection.

What you can expect from me

I believe many men were never taught how to understand their emotions or ask for support—and that’s not a personal failure. In our work together, you’ll have a space that feels real, supportive, and honest, where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. Just a place to be human and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

If you’re ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and feel more grounded in who you are, I’d be honored to work with you.
