Great to meet you!

I am a dually licensed therapist with nearly a decade of experience in community mental health, including crisis intervention, intensive outpatient addiction treatment and mandated treatment. I believe many struggles, including addiction, develop as attempts to cope with overwhelming thoughts or emotions. Therapy can provide practical tools to respond differently and create lasting change. I frequently support individuals experiencing anxiety, obsessive or intrusive thoughts, self-esteem difficulties, hopelessness, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in CBT and DBT. Together, we look at how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another and identify concrete strategies to help you move toward the life you want to be living. I value a collaborative, straightforward approach that focuses on insight, skill-building and measurable progress.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will take the the time to get to know one another, develop goals and discuss what brings you to therapy.
