Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christopher. I work with adults who are navigating substance use, mood challenges like bipolar disorder, grief, and life transitions that can feel overwhelming. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to regain control of their lives, break unhealthy patterns, and build a stronger foundation for the future.

I’ve spent several years working in intensive treatment settings such as residential programs, detox, and dual-diagnosis groups, which has given me experience supporting people through some of their most difficult moments. Clients often describe me as direct, supportive, and focused on helping them move forward in practical ways.

My approach to therapy

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I focus on understanding your unique story and helping you use your strengths to overcome the barriers in front of you. Some sessions may focus on building coping tools and new perspectives, while others may simply be a space where you can process what you’re going through and feel heard.

My goal is to help you stay focused on what you can control and build skills that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you — what’s been happening in your life, what challenges you’re facing, and what you want to see change. We’ll talk about expectations for therapy and begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful.

Therapy isn’t a quick fix, but with time and effort, many clients begin to feel more grounded, more confident in their choices, and better equipped to navigate life without falling back into the same patterns.
