Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who helps adults and adolescents untangle the patterns that keep them stuck—especially around communication, self-worth, trust, and the protective strategies we learn in response to abandonment, stress, or relational pain. My approach blends evidence‐based practices with a deeply human, culturally grounded understanding of how people grow.

My approach to therapy

Clients describe my style as calm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore what’s beneath the surface without pressure or shame. I integrate Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Solution‐Focused Brief Therapy, narrative therapy, shadow work, mindfulness, and interpersonal approaches to help you build insight and take meaningful action.

I focus on reframing “maladaptive” behaviors as protective strategies that once made sense, then helping you develop new skills that align with the life and relationships you want.

What you can expect from me

You’ll experience therapy as a partnership. We’ll explore patterns with compassion, challenge stuck points with curiosity, and work toward a version of you that feels more grounded, confident, and connected. My goal is to help you build emotional resilience, healthier communication, and a stronger sense of self—one intentional step at a time.
