A bit about my approach to therapy

Christopher provides a relaxing atmosphere while doing therapy. Christopher has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing while working with the Veteran's Affairs. Christopher continues to learn new modes of conducting therapy to give the people he works with an independent treatment plan.
