Great to meet you!

I tend to work through a person centered lens to support my clients in processing the struggles we identify together. I'm from Brooklyn, NY and went to graduate school in Manhattan at Hunter's Silberman School of Social Work where I earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work and have worked in a wide variety of settings with a number of diverse populations while earning my clinical license to practice therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is never to push an agenda, rather to support my clients in talking through and finding solutions for what they bring to the therapeutic relationship. I'm not what you would call "buttoned up" but I work hard with my clients to build a relationship where there's comfort engaging with difficult and inherently uncomfortable dynamics.

What you can expect from our first session

I work together with my clients to define treatment goals that we collaborate on solving. I have no expectations of my clients other than honesty with me and respect for the therapeutic relationship as a safe place to work towards goals.
