Great to meet you!

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2013 from Stephen F. Austin State University. I completed my clinical experience at Inspirations. I have over 10 years of experience working with people who have depression, anxiety, grief, and difficulty adjusting to life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I am a trauma informed therapist. I work from an integrative perspective and rely on a range of techniques, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, DARe, cognitive-behavioral, cognitive processing, and Ego State Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I hope that clients take something, every single session, that can help them manage their day to day stressors. I hope to help clients let go of the pain from traumatic experiences and hold onto wisdom, that cause overly negative thought patterns. I hope that clients can see life as an amazing adventure to be savored and enjoyed.
