Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified, Harvard-trained psychiatrist providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management and therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I treat a wide variety of mental illness, and I specialize in helping individuals with ADHD, depression, anxiety, autism and those who are gender-diverse or other LGBTQ+ individuals.

My approach to therapy

I pull from many therapeutic techniques, helping you to challenge negative thought patterns, develop insight and awareness, examine your interpersonal relationships, and foster curiosity and acceptance of who you are and what you want. I incorporate mindfulness and tailor treatment plans to your unique needs to optimize your mental health and wellness.

Ultimately, I believe the relationship between the clinician and the patient is the most important factor in therapy.

What you can expect from me

I believe in using a flexible and collaborative approach to treatment to guide and empower you to make the hard choices of what is right for you and your mental health. Whether through diagnosis, medication, or therapy, I will be who you need me to be in order to help you meet your personal treatment goals.

Come as you are. I hope to help.
