Great to meet you!

With my experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, couples, emerging adults, and grief/loss.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins by building a structure around evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Motivational Interviewing. My approach also includes a firm belief that every tool in the toolkit has its value. We may begin by applying specific modalities to address immediate needs, but as we progress, we adapt and customize our sessions with ideas from different approaches in order to best fit your unique situation.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with new approaches/outlooks on the things they are struggling with as well as new tools to navigate those challenges.
