Great to meet you!

I’m a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who blends primary care and psychiatric expertise to help adults and families feel and function better. I’m straightforward, evidence-based, and focused on results. You will always know the plan, the why behind it, and what to expect next. I specialize in working with patients who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD. I also perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management with collaborative, patient-centered care. I will work with you to define your goals, align a plan, use treatments that work, and provide clear, compassionate, and efficient care.

Please note that at this time, we do not prescribe controlled substances, benzodiazepines, or stimulants

My approach to therapy

I explain the plan, the rationale, and what we’ll track. We will set goals together and adjust based on results and what matters to you. A whole-person focus will be maintained, where we focus on medical, psychiatric, and practical lifestyle factors. I serve individuals and families across the lifespan, drawing on experience in primary care, geriatrics, mental health, hospice, and palliative care.

What you can expect from me

My style is direct, evidence-based, and collaborative. We set goals, choose the most effective plan, and adjust as needed. I take a patient-centered approach so that you can expect a clear plan after each visit, measurable goals, and care that respects your time and priorities.
