I have experience serving as a Behavioral Health Specialist in the U.S. Army, providing Combat Operational Stress Control Services and outpatient care while abroad. I have also been working with first responders and veterans in a private practice setting.
I use a psychodynamic, strengths-based, and culturally responsive approach, partnering with clients to build practical coping skills and resilience.I am compassionate and dedicated to helping individuals navigate stress, overcome hardship, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Our first session is about getting to know you as a whole person, your background and history. We also uncover your goals and set the foundation of our work together.
