Great to meet you!

My name is Chris and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, with over 20 years of counseling experience, helping people live their best life. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression or feeling overwhelmed with everyday life stressors, I am here to assist you. Whether you're dealing with past emotional struggles or just not feeling like yourself, I am here for you. If you're looking for a safe and judgement-free space to talk to a skilled therapist, you've already taken the first step.

My approach to therapy

My primary objective is to create a safe and healing environment that promotes a cooperative therapeutic relationship to explore goals and ways of reaching them. My approach to therapy is an integrative therapeutic approach, that incorporates Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and other styles that are based on the individual client's needs.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a journey, and you are not alone in this. The first couple of sessions will be getting to know you; we will discuss your history, challenges, goals, stressors, and strengths, etc. I think that it is important for all clients to be able to feel supported, understood, and validated, after the initial session and each session thereafter. I want to support you, so that you can be the best that you can be; helping you discover the true strength that you possess.
