Great to meet you!

I worked in blue-collar jobs for years, from construction to driving an 18-wheeler and spending two decades in the oil field. My passion has always been solving problems and finding the most efficient ways to overcome obstacles. I discovered my true calling was helping people navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I partner with you to define and set meaningful treatment goals, focusing on what matters most—whether that's strengthening relationships, boosting self-esteem, or achieving other personal objectives. As we progress, your goals may evolve, and we'll adapt our plan to ensure it's always relevant and aligned with your needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to connect and build a foundation for our work together. We'll start with a relaxed conversation about your background and what led you to seek therapy. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. It's completely normal to feel nervous, and I'm here to ensure you feel supported.
