Great to meet you!

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming - like anxiety, depression, addiction, or past experiences are weighing on you more than you can handle alone. You might feel stuck in patterns that keep repeating, struggling with stress, relationship challenges, or trying to make sense of difficult experiences. If you're looking for a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and begin working toward meaningful change, therapy can help you move forward with more clarity and support.

My approach to therapy

I work with teens and adults, including couples, who are navigating challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, chronic relapse, infidelity, men’s issues, and religious trauma. My goal is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing while developing practical tools that support healthier thinking patterns and lasting personal growth.

My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy along with person-centered and mindfulness-based strategies. In our sessions, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and identify the most effective ways to help you make progress. Together we’ll examine how thoughts influence emotions and behaviors, helping you challenge patterns that keep you stuck.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a direct, open, and collaborative space where we focus on getting to the root of what’s contributing to your struggles while also building practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I work to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and how your thoughts and patterns may be impacting you, while guiding you toward healthier ways of thinking and approaching life. Our work together is centered on meaningful, lasting growth, using approaches that support real change across different areas of your life.
