Great to meet you!

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I understand that no two people experience life in the same way, and I approach my work with deep respect for the unique challenges, identitiesI work with adult individuals who are ready to gain insight into their struggles and cultivate the confidence to create fulfilling, authentic lives through healthier relationships—with themselves and others. My areas of specialization include:

✔️ Depression and Anxiety Disorders ✔️ Trauma and Complex PTSD ✔️ ADHD and Other Neurocognitive Disorders ✔️ Substance Use and Recovery Support ✔️ Stress Management and Life Transitions ✔️ Couples and Family Therapy

With advanced training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I & II (CCTP), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I draw from a variety of evidence-based tools to support your healing journey. My training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other trauma-focused approaches allows me to guide clients through the process of healing deep emotional wounds and building resilience., and aspirations each client brings to the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my work is a collaborative, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Together, we’ll develop a personalized roadmap that honors your lived experiences, aligns with your values, and leads to meaningful, lasting progress.

I integrate evidence-based modalities tailored to your needs, whether you're managing daily stress, facing relationship challenges, or working through the impacts of trauma and neurodivergence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on understanding your story, building trust, and creating a supportive space for reflection and growth.
