Great to meet you!

Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I have years of experience helping people cope, grow, and thrive. I know how overwhelming it can feel to take the first step toward seeking help. Whether you are facing challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting or relationship struggles, my goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore these feelings at your own pace.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with individuals of all ages, using evidence based techniques and tailoring them to your own needs. My style is collaborative and compassionate, meaning we’ll work together to find the path that makes the most sense for you. I believe in empowering you to take control of your own life, whether that is through building coping skills, gaining insights, or finding new perspectives on old patterns and traumatic experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

I understand that life is inevitably difficult and often tragic. I want to help you make sense of your past while also creating a clear vision for your future. Together, we can work toward finding relief from the challenges you’re facing.
