Hello there! My name is Christopher Seals. Whatever concerns you are struggling with I strive to offer a safe place to explore them without judgement. I have experience helping individuals with Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem/worth, Stress management, & Trauma. I have an M.S. in clinical mental health counseling and a B.A. in psychology. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

I provide a collaborative approach to therapy where issues are examined without judgment to better understand where you are & how to progress & grow towards improvement.
