Great to meet you!

I am a passionate mental health advocate who believes every story deserves to be heard. I completed a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, specializing in psychiatric mental health from the University of Utah. I provide medication management and therapy with unique expertise in ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma/PTSD across the lifespan including individuals aged 6 and above.

My approach to therapy

I view Mental Health as a journey and I'm blessed to go on that journey with you. Various modalities may be implemented to meet your unique needs. My goal is to unlock the individual's inner voice and to create a positive, non-judgmental environment where we are able to settle into our most authentic selves. Therapy is provided alongside medication management and is adaptable to the situation.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a provider who will listen, validate their experience, and empower them to pursue their value system. Medication management, lifestyle modification, and therapy services are standard practice.
