Great to meet you!

Who Am I?

  • I graduated with my Master's in Clinical Social Work in 2005
  • I worked in hospice care for 8 years.
  • I worked in medical social work for 5 years.
  • I have worked in schools (grades k-12) for 8 years.
  • I have earned independent clinical licensure in two states and developed my skills over two decades.

How Can I help You?

In my years of service I have learned that in addition to clinical skill, I must be genuine, sincere and and wholly dedicated to the betterment of my client's lives.

My approach to therapy

Why Am I Different?

You know that 'movie stereotype' that sits across from their client with cold detachment and a flat, almost robotic tone.

That just isn't me...

I believe that most of us carry the solutions to our pain inside of our own minds. I will identify your needs, and work with you to find solutions that unlock your innate strengths.

I aim to empower you.

Therapy should not only give you a pathway to heal, it should strengthen and improve your overall functioning

What you can expect from me

What is a session with me like?

I usually structure my sessions in two segments:

  1. The first half is our 'housekeeping' and discussion where we review your week, your objectives and goals, and how we are doing on the overall steps we created for your healing.
  2. During second half, we improve or develop new skills that move you closer to your goals!
