Hello! I have my PhD in Clinical Psychology and I am licensed in New York. My goals for therapy sessions include creating a warm, comfortable environment for you to discuss concerns you would like to address. Together we can develop your therapy goals.
I like to do a lot of listening in sessions and then work on developing your therapy goals. We can discuss how to go about achieving those goals.
Following a session, I hope that a client feels like they have been heard, and that there is a plan being developed to address the client's concerns.
