Great to meet you!

I served in my community for over a decade in various settings, working with multiple populations. After obtaining my B.S. from Kutztown University (magna cum laude) and my M.A. from Liberty University (suma cum laude), I became licensed and decided to share my education and experience with clients directly through private practice, to help people become their best selves. If you want a Therapist that's going to help you make significant and lasting changes, you're in the right place.

My approach to therapy

Because of my varied experience, I work well with a wide range of clients. Some of the most common populations include personality disorders, substance abuse, psychosis, mood disorders including Bipolar and Depression, but also including Anxiety, and ADHD. I tend to take a holistic approach to my clients, seeing them as a whole and within their unique environment, and draw from a number of therapeutic interventions to treat each client like an individual based on their unique life experiences.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm, welcoming, and light environment where my clients feel comfortable talking about whatever they need to; however, when necessary, I can help my clients find the strength to talk about the difficult things that we tend to hide from. Treatment objectives often include identifying triggers, learning new coping skills, processing trauma, improving relationships, and maintaining stability and sobriety when desired.
