Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and many people come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.
I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling burnt out, struggling with focus or motivation, or dealing with persistent negative thoughts. Together, we work to better understand these patterns and develop practical strategies to help you feel more in control of your life.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. I use evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and strengths-based approaches to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change.
Therapy with me is both supportive and practical. My goal is to help you gain tools you can use in everyday life, improve your relationship with yourself and others, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
