Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and the kind of stress that quietly wears you down — and I especially enjoy supporting men who may be trying therapy for the first time. My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respectfully challenged to grow. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create practical strategies that move you toward the life you want to live. I hold a Master of Education from Lamar University and bring a warm, empowering, judgment-free approach to every session.

My approach to therapy

No two people are the same, so I don't believe therapy should be either. I tailor treatment to your goals by drawing from CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and other evidence-based approaches. My role is to meet you where you are, support you without judgment, and help you build the confidence and skills to navigate life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. I'll ask about what brought you to therapy, your history, your current challenges, and what you hope to accomplish — and you don't need to have it all figured out or know exactly where to start. That's what I'm here for. Together, we'll identify initial goals, shape a plan that fits your needs, and make sure you feel heard, supported, and comfortable moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
