Great to meet you!

I have extensive experience with individual therapy, working for substance use treatment centers, and working at various psychiatric hospitals. I have worked in roles including Behavioral Health Tech, Case Management, Primary Therapist, and Clinical Supervisor. I prefer to work with adults of all ages with all types of substance use histories/mental health issues. I was in two international honor societies (top 15% of students across 8 countries with a flawless 4.0 GPA).

My approach to therapy

I'm observant and direct in my approach. Prior clients have defined me as being "empathic" where I am capable of learning patterns of behavior fairly quickly. I use a combination of various modalities of evidence-based practices to analyze and assist in my therapeutic practice.

What you can expect from me

I believe it's realistic to state that by the conclusion of our therapeutic alliance that you leave treatment in a better place from where we began. I've had several clients over the years tell me in their opinion that I am the "best therapist" they've ever had. However, I encourage you to hire me and judge for yourself. This is my passion. I have been studying people for 29 years.
