Great to meet you!

If your mind won’t slow down, keeps replaying conversations, or jumps to worst-case scenarios, you’re not alone. I help adults who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, intrusive thoughts, and life transitions step out of those mental loops and move forward with more confidence and clarity.

Many of my clients feel exhausted from living inside their own heads. Together, we work on practical ways to quiet the noise and get back to living life instead of constantly analyzing it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, straightforward, and collaborative. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients develop skills they can actually use outside of session.

Rather than getting stuck analyzing every thought, we focus on learning how to respond differently to anxiety, uncertainty, and self-doubt so those experiences stop running the show.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to slow down and make sense of what has been happening. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what feels most important to work on, and what you hope will be different moving forward.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Most clients leave the first session feeling relieved to have a plan and a clearer direction.
