I'm a masters degree level therapist, I've worked with foster children, court mandated clients, and private practice. I've been called warm and understanding but also someone who will be honest and direct about things that are working against you.

My approach to therapy is to find the cause of the problem and help my clients take actionable steps to fix it. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
