Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with 15 years of experience in community mental health, private practice, college counseling, inpatient and residential settings, and crisis work. I also have four years of experience in neuropsychological assessment, which informs my understanding of how brain function, behavior, and emotional health intersect.

I bring depth, flexibility, and practical experience to our work. I’ll meet you where you are — without judgment — and help you identify and build on your strengths.

My approach to therapy

Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns of stress, grief, anger, or shame. Therapy is a space to pause, gain clarity, and move forward.

In the short term, we focus on reducing symptoms and shifting unhelpful patterns that affect mood, thinking, behavior, or relationships. Longer term, we may explore formative experiences, trauma, family dynamics, or core beliefs that continue to shape your life.

Throughout the process, we build practical coping skills while strengthening insight and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on understanding what brings you in and what you want to change. I’ll ask structured but collaborative questions about your history, current stressors, and goals.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we would work together and what the next steps might be.
