Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping individuals work through difficulties related to anxiety (including OCD), trauma, addiction, or sexuality. We will work together to understand the unique ways these challenges impact your self-identity, relationships, or ability to live well and achieve your goals. Life should be more than the absence of pain or stress. Together we'll focus not just on symptom relief, but on helping you regain a sense of clarity, control, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends a supportive therapeutic relationship with evidence-based interventions (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure Response Prevention for OCD). I will help you understand what drives the problems you face, reduce the intensity of symptoms, and build skills that lead to positive change.

What you can expect from me

My initial goals are to understand your needs and build trust and rapport so that we can work together to achieve you desired outcomes for therapy. In our first session I will answer any questions you have, learn more about your reasons for seeking help, and outline next steps if you choose to move forward.
