Great to meet you!

Proud in my identity as a Social Worker, I have worked in community settings such as behavioral health clinics, hospitals, substance abuse treatment, and community non-profits before transitioning to providing individual counseling. I've had personal and professional experiences that hopefully allow me to provide judgment free and inclusive counseling. I have a special interest in working with adolescents, parents, those that are grieving, or experiencing other major life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With deep roots in community Social Work; I have a strong foundation in considering a person in their environment. We'll determine your goals; then back-up, look at the big picture and history. Doing this will allow us to address needs holistically. Depending on your current goals and functioning; you're most likely to receive a mix of narrative, psychodynamic, solution focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope clients walk away from their sessions feeling a lack of judgment; and confidence that the emotional wounds they're harboring can be healed.
