Great to meet you!

Since 2009, I've worked as a Christian counselor in Private Practice to help clients who have a growth mindset improve their quality of life. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I also help individuals move through life transitions and strengthen their leadership and professional skills. My approach blends practical tools with a supportive, empowering environment so you can make meaningful progress at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients is grounded in genuine connection, by creating a safe, encouraging environment where you can explore challenges and build new strengths. Using CBT as the foundation, I help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to create clear, actionable steps toward change. I work with clients in a collaborative, supportive, and goal-focused way. My focus is on helping you develop tools you can use every day, fostering confidence and sustainable change. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you, building clarity, confidence, and long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a supportive, calm environment where we get to know each other and begin clarifying what you’d like to work on. We’ll explore where you are right now, what’s been challenging, and where you want to be moving forward. Together, we’ll establish clear, realistic goals and outline a plan that feels both achievable and meaningful for you.
