As a doctor, social work and licensed therapist, I bring a compassionate client center approach to healing and growth. Grounded in a strength based framework, my practice, honor, inherent resilience and wisdom each individual carries. I believe that there is not a one size fit all journey. It’s a collaborative process show by your unique needs values and goals. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, managing stress healing from trauma or seeking deeper self understanding, I strive to create a safe of farming space where you feel seen heard and impaired. My work is written in evidence based practices and got it by deeper respect for your live experience. Together will uncover your strength build on your capacities and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each client is the expert of their own life. My role as a therapist is not to lead, but to walk alongside you, offering Support perspective and tools that you can use to navigate your journey. Therapy with me as a collaborative process where explore your experiences identify your strengths and work together to address the challenges you face. I see myself as one more tool in your toolbox someone you can rely on to help you build insight, resilience and clarity. Whether you’re seeking Healing or simply a supposed to be hard, I aim to create an environment that is empowering, respectful, and your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session will take time to get to know each other and begin in building a foundation of trust. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy. What you hope to gain and any concerns or questions you may have. There’s no pressure to dive into everything at once this is your space and will move it the pace that feels right for you. I’ll also share a bit about how I work, including my strength based approach the collaborative approach. My goal is to understand what matters most to you so we can begin shaping a path forward together. They give this session as the start of a partnership one way you’re in the driver seat and I’m here to support you with tools inside and encouragement along the way .
