Great to meet you!
Living with a chronic illness can change how you see yourself, your relationships, your work, and your future. Whether you're adjusting to a new diagnosis, managing an ongoing medical condition, or feeling overwhelmed by the emotional impact of illness, therapy can provide a place to regain your footing. I work with adults facing chronic illness, cancer, anxiety, and the life changes that often accompany health challenges, including depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, insomnia, and major transitions.
As a licensed psychologist, I provide evidence-based care that is both practical and compassionate. I believe therapy should help you understand what you're experiencing while giving you tools you can use in everyday life. My approach is tailored to your goals, values, and unique circumstances rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Together, we'll build effective coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and help you create a meaningful life alongside the realities you face.
