I’m Christy J. Manoharan, LPC, NCC. I provide virtual therapy for teens and adults in Georgia and Pennsylvania, helping you shift perspective, manage anxiety, heal from trauma, and build resilience in a safe, supportive space. I believe perspective matters and how we view our thoughts, feelings, and experiences can shape the way we live. My goal is to help teens and adults discover new perspectives that bring freedom, resilience, and hope.
I believe we are each unique, so my approach is eclectic drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other trauma-informed therapies. One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a safe, welcoming space where you feel truly heard and understood. I know from my own experiences with depression, social anxiety, and trauma how heavy those struggles can feel, and that insight allows me to connect with you in a genuine way.
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. You don’t need to have the perfect words or know exactly where to start, this is a safe space to share at your own pace. I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your goals, challenges, and hopes for therapy. Together, we’ll start building a plan that feels comfortable and realistic for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of the path forward.
