Great to meet you!

I have a background in science and psychology, which fits my education as a psychologist. I am also a very creative and collaborative person. I want to work with each client to find the best individual treatment for them. I know many techniques and exercises, but only you can tell me what what works best for you. I enjoy helping adults (age 18+) navigate the transitions they face and be able to look forward to the future with hope (even if that feels very far away currently).

My approach to therapy

I use a truly eclectic approach, as no tools or approaches work for every person. I have a few scientifically supported approaches that I typically use with most clients, approaches focusing on how thoughts and emotions are related. In addition, I find specific additional approaches for each client. Therapy is a combination or art and science - so there will be some finding what works best for each client. We are a team working together to find what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to have ideas of specific exercises/homework or specific suggestions of practices that will help them make progress between sessions and may create questions for their next sessions.
