Christy Paul

Hi, my name is Christy Paul. I am licensed in the State of Florida. I have my Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. I do not have available times listed on my calendar due to wanting to schedule something that works best for both your and my schedules. I typically schedule appointments beginning at 9am and the last one at 5:30pm Monday- Thursday.

I have decades of experience through both a cognitive behavioral and person-centered approach helping individuals, couples, and families find skills to empower them to cope with life situations.

I believe therapy is a means in which one develops these skills, and look forward to guiding you through life's journey to a more fulfilled life.
